Every day I met many client who had suffered from several kinds of trauma.
Their progress of recovery was so beautiful.I am so interesting in a trauma treatment.
They had experienced several kinds of trauma.
For example, childhood domestic violence and neglect and sexual abuse.
They are so powerful, so they had survived these sever traumas and they want to recover from problems related to trauma.
Mainly, they had suffered from complex PTSD.
They have symptoms of low self esteem, emotional dysregulation and interpersonal relationships problems.
I think that problems of childhood trauma have a great influence over their current life.
Experience of trauma was so fear, emotions and memory related trauma didn’t integrate.
So survivor who suffered from trauma have to feel traumatic distress at present time.
Sometimes surviver keeps balance by depend on something.
For example alcohol , eating, gambling, shopping.
This is a vicious circle.
Recovering from childhood trauma, gradually they are able to feel their vivid emotions
and live their life.
When they had suffered from trauma , they had a symptoms of dissociation and suppress their emotions.
So they didn’t live their own life.
After trauma treatment , They are able to feel their emotion.
So sometimes interpersonal relationship change.
Gradually they feel uneasy with interpersonal relationship.
They are able to set a safe boundary line of interpersonal relationship and reduce the relationships which is not good for them. They release a stress from stressful relationship.
They are able to live freely.
